With the first purchase you must compile the general terms and agreements form, this is both for me and you, as it is contains necessary information for billing.
Services offered on the website will be only given out with proof of payment with the following options, I'll have to send the invoice first so you have to contact me with the list of the services you'd like to buy.
21% VAT has to be applied to all products, the VAT will be calculated on the final total. It doesn't apply to tips.

Q&A
What is the price based on? It's based on the fact that they are specialized skills based on time and large amounts of learning both the practical and theoretical side.
Can I just buy things automatically? Asking is necessary as availability may change and some charges such as materials and shipping entirely depend on companies I do not own. In case of digital products you may read in the divination and art commission section how to proceed as there is an online shop set for having a more direct process.
When can you deliver? That also depends on external factors such as how many people order and what they order. Again, asking is necessary.

Modality & Boundaries
Reading tarot is something I do to give myself and others clarity, the way I read the cards is based on what I want from readings, a talk between friends but most importantly between you and your subconscious. I don't predict the future in my practice nor do I make promises of the ultimate knowledge, that isn't who I am.How does it work? I will pull out the answer, see if anything seems relevant but then I will ask you how that is relevant to you specifically. I need those answers because it will help me interpret what the cards want to say better because after all the cards are you talking and you know yourself better than everyone else. The reading is entirely on your perspective.Where can we do the reading? All readings will be done through different apps, the choice will happen after payment.What is always allowed? Any general reading, inner self, emotions about a particular situation.What has to be rephrased? Any future or third party reading.Spiritual readings, what about them? It really depends on the kind, you have to ask.What is never allowed? Any and all purchases must be preapproved but for digital commissions you may pay through kofi commisions in order to simplify the process. Feel free to ask in a message through my approved socials the correct amount to write in the commission.What can you do? Most things given a reference of the subject.Are references mandatory? Yes, yes they are, otherwise you waste my time and yours alike needlessly.Can I ask how the project is going? I'll contact you about when I have the basic sketch done so if there is any issue with the pose or composition we can work it out before the drawing is completed.What is allowed? Anything that doesn't deviate too much from my usual style. Not only it makes me unable to give you full quality it would also be outside of my comfort zone.
What isn't allowed? Anything such as minors involved in sexual situations won't be accepted on principle.Choosing specifics, what do they mean?
Pencil: just a sketch, messy, minimal shadow
Lineart: refined and tidy line
Basic shadows: basic shadows, no coloring
Basic color: simplified shades and coloring, colors aren't blended
Full color: drawing with full shades and blended colors

Can I just calculate the price? The materials's costs are never the same and the time needed varies per item, yarn used and pattern difficulty, asking me is the only way to know. Generally speaking acrylic is cheaper for example and using a thin yarn will make the time needed longer, just to make a couple of examples.This is however the equation I will use:

CUSTOM HANDMADE EMBROIDERY
How much will it be? You can calculate your mostly complete price by pixelating an image to your desired definition, then adding every needed expense per pixel. Calculate stitch x the amount of stitches + fixed materials then add any other needed expense for the design you want. Adjust the pixels as you wish.How big is the work? You can calculate that by assuming 1 cm is more or less 5 stitches depending on the fabric.What about logistics? Those will be figured out once I get an order.Why are colors and stitches a separate item? Well, technically speaking the more colors you add the more difficult it gets so that is necessary to ensure my labour is fairly paid.Can I mix colors in the same stitch? You can overlay two colors to achieve more complexity, creates a lovely effect.Are letters part of the design or a separate price? Thin and medium letters are extra but the cross stitch one is already part of the total cost of the design!What is a custom design? A custom design is a design made just for you! It isn't designs such as flags or pixelated versions of already existing drawings.What about copyrighted images? While I am not responsible if you submit any copyrighted design without my knowledge I would also prefer to not steal somebody else's hard work. No pixelating your own photo or logo doesn't make it copyrighted.
